Managing your notification preferences helps you stay motivated, informed, and engaged with your wellness challenges without feeling overwhelmed. Follow the steps below to customize your alerts to suit your needs on our platform.
Step 1: Log into Your Account
Access the challenge through your preferred method—either via the web on your computer or through our mobile app. Use your login credentials to enter your account.
Step 2: Navigate to Settings
Once logged in, locate the menu for your profile or account settings. This is typically found by clicking on your profile icon or name, usually at the top corner of the screen.
Step 3: Select Notification Preferences
Within your settings, find the section labeled Edit Preferences or Emails tab. Here you can customize which types of wellness challenge alerts you want to receive, such as:

Step 4: Save Changes
